CONCERNING
DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO HEADS OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE SERVICE OFFICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE TO SIGN DECREES AND/OR LETTERS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON EXCISABLE-GOODS ENTREPRENEUR CODE NUMBER OF MANUFACTURERS AND IMPORTERS OF ETHYL ALCOHOLIC DRINK, ETHYL ALCOHOL MANUFACTURERS AND STORAGE PLACE ORGANIZERS

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

That in order to enhance service and ensure the smooth execution of tasks within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, it is necessary to stipulate a decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise on Delegation of Authority to Heads of Customs and Excise Service Offices for and on behalf of the Minister of Finance to sign decrees and/or letters in the framework of implementing regulations of the Minister of Finance regarding excisable-goods entrepreneur code number of manufacturers and importers of ethyl alcoholic drink, ethyl alcohol manufacturers and organizers of storage places;

In view of:

• 1. Law No. 11/1985 concerning Excise (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
• 2. Government Regulation No. 5/1997 concerning Supervision over Excisable Goods (Statute Book of 1997 No. 4131, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3669);
• 3. Minister of Finance Decree No. 133/KMK.Ol/2006 concerning Organization and Working Arrangement of Regional Offices and Customs and Excise Service Offices;
• 4. Minister of Finance Decree No. 32/KMK.Ol/2007 concerning Delegation of Authority to the Director General of Customs and Excise for and on behalf of the Ministerr of Finance to sign letters and/or decrees of the Minister of Finance;
• 5. Minister of Finance Regulation No. 35/PMK.04/2007 concerning excisable entrepreneur code number of manufacturers and importers of ethyl alcoholic drink;
• 6. Minister of Finance Regulation No. 48/PMK.04/2007 concerning excisable entrepreneur code number of ethyl alcohol manufacturers and organizers of storage places;

Observing:

HAS DECIDED:

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE DECREE CONCERNING DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO HEADS OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE SERVICE OFFICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE TO SIGN DECREES AND/OR LETTERS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON EXCISABLE-GOODS ENTREPRENEUR CODE NUMBER OF MANUFACTURERS AND IMPORTERS OF ETHYL ALCOHOLIC DRINK, ETHYL ALCOHOL MANUFACTURERS AND STORAGE PLACE ORGANIZERS

Article 1

Heads of Customs and Excise Service Offices are authorized to sign decrees and/or letters for and on behalf of the Minister of Finance in the framework of implementing regulations of the Minister of Finance regarding excisable-goods entrepreneurjcode-number of manufacturers and importers of ethyl alcoholic drink, ethyl alcohol manufacturers and organizers bf storage places as contained in the attachment to this decision.

Article 2

The decree comes into force as from the date of stipulation.

For Public notice, the decree shall be published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
